My name is Jimmy Kohan and I grew up here in Pittsburgh, Pa. To be more specific, in the Shaler area. I have worked in the Health industry for over 8 years. In those 8 years, I have traveled up and down the east coast, visiting many gyms to see how they operate, their style and their attitudes. I have been a personal Trainer and Promoter in Pittsburgh as well as in a couple of cities in Florida. It was cause of what I saw in my last 8 years, I decided I had to do something different. I wanted to do something that put the Client first.
Who is W.K. Fitness?
We are not your average gym with tons of machines that you wait in line to use. We are not a place where you need to be afraid because you do not know what you are doing. Instead, we are COMMITTED to you by providing 1 on 1 Personal Training. We will use things different than your normal open 24 hour gyms. You will be using Kettlebells, TRX Bands, Sandbags, and Battle Ropes. We will keep changing around what you are doing so you never get bored. We also offer group/athletic training.
